Nid Huahin Hotel

A perfect choice for travelers. The train station and nightlife area are both nearby, and the station is still an easy walk. The room was nice and clean, the staff were nice, and breakfast was included for a small price. It's a steal. Don't be put off by the ruins around there, the hotel itself isn't one.

For the price, this place is acceptable. It's clean, though clearly old and very basic. If I'm on a budget, I'd stay here again.

I've booked three different rooms here on three stays and had no complaints each time. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms all had windows with no bad smells. I didn't notice any other noise, and nobody raised it with me, so the soundproofing seems probably fine. The breakfast is limited but okay. Coffee and scrambled eggs were good enough, though the hot chocolate, which is actually Ovantine, wasn't great. The mattresses are quite soft. There's both air conditioning and a fan, plus a clothes dryer. I washed clothes in the evening and, with the fan on full, they were dry by breakfast. The bathroom was fine too. In room 105, the shower just needed to be opened a bit more to keep the heater running continuously. There's no kettle for boiling water, but that's a small thing.

Breakfast came with the stay and was tasty, with a good variety. The rooms were spotless, and the cleaning was really thorough. The staff were incredibly kind and always willing to help. I had a great impression of the hotel and would highly recommend it for a comfortable, pleasant stay.
