Good location and a big room weren’t enough to make up for the poor hospitality and the way problems were handled. The property seemed very cheap with toilet paper, tissues, towels, and water. Then I found bugs on the bed and crawling on the headboard, and the property and staff showed no concern about doing the right thing. They also didn’t help arrange a refund for prepaid nights I couldn’t use because of the bugs. Getting my refund for 4 nights of a prepaid 13 night stay was painful and wasted a lot of time and energy. The property and staff were no help at all. Bugs in a hotel room aren’t a laughing matter. This could and should be a great property, but until something changes, I’d stay away. There’s much better hospitality elsewhere in Hua Hin. Sorry to say it, but I’d avoid it unless ownership or management changes.

At $23/night during the 2023/24 high season, this was great value. The place is spacious, clean, tiled throughout, and has a basic kitchenette and sofa area. It’s well located for restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and the beach is within walking distance. It’s a little rough around the edges, but I’ll stay again if I need to.

The rooms are quiet, and there’s a microwave for guests to share on each floor. It’s a friendly, nice hotel about 150 m from the beach and a 10-minute walk to the Market, with several restaurants and bars nearby. Definitely worth the price.

The room was huge and the price felt like good value. I’ve stayed in Hua Hin a few times, and this has become my favorite. It’s easy to walk to the mall, restaurants, and nightlife, and the staff were just as good as the location.
