I booked on Agoda while driving from Bangkok and called the hotel to check that everything was okay. They confirmed the booking, but after the 3-hour drive, I arrived and was told there was no booking. Stay away from this bad hotel!

This hotel may look big, but the service is still bad. The first kettle they gave us was rusty inside, even after I washed it for the tenth time. I asked for a new one, but apparently the entire hotel had only that one kettle. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families with babies or elderly people.

The hotel is right next to the beach, and the staff are OK. That’s all I can say in its favor. The room conditions don’t justify the price: the floor was broken, cleanliness was poor (I found used eyelid tape from the previous customer), and the pillowcase was torn. The food was so-so.

The rooms and clean beds were nice, with beautiful views of the beach and natural surroundings. The exercise and fitness rooms were clean and working, as was the pool. The hotel has a premium spot right on the beach and the potential to be a five-star resort, but even in prime season it ran with minimal staff and service. There was no coffee service in the room, no extra towels when needed, and very limited beach services even on weekends. I like the property, but its services are very limited.
