The price is very reasonable, and the staff are attentive around the clock. The host is friendly, attentive and polite. The stylish, functional house has three bedrooms and lots of space to hang out, including a barbecue. One of the best places I’ve stayed in Asia.

Quiet and peaceful surroundings, and a nice villa to stay in.
10/10
The place was spacious and bright, with great amenities. My family and I had a really good vacation here. :)
6/10
The house was clean, and the dog and cat were very cute. I hope they have somewhere sheltered when it rains. A few things bothered me during what should have been a relaxing stay. Electricity was charged at 6 baht per unit instead of the usual 4 baht. The difference isn't much, but it was still annoying, and the place felt more like a dorm than a villa. The mattress was very thin, and the bed in the small room creaked whenever I turned over. I hope the owner takes these comments into account. I've stayed in many Hua Hin villas and been impressed by them.
8/10
The dogs, cats, and cleaning lady were all very nice. Everything else was great too, apart from the electricity bill, which came to a very expensive 1,200 baht for three days.
