Fantaziya Apartment Hotel

The location worked really well, around a 10-minute walk to the beach and town. The pool terrace was lovely, though there are far too few sun loungers to really enjoy the area. The apartment itself is modern, clean, well maintained, and very suitable for two people. We were three, though, and despite the booking there was nothing set up for a third guest. There was just one chair on the balcony, no sheets, duvet, or pillow for the extra person, and not much space. The welcome also felt rather cold. We'd asked in advance about checking in early and were told it would be fine. Once we arrived, WhatsApp replies were very brief and slow. We were eventually told to wait for the official check-in time, which was fine, but clearer communication would've helped. They also said they'd let us know when the room was ready, but didn't contact us even after check-in time. We found the key ourselves, then got a text saying the room was ready about 2-3 hours after we'd already checked in. We asked a woman on site for help, assuming she worked there. It turned out she did, but she never introduced herself, which felt strange. Overall it was a good stay, though the hospitality could definitely improve.
