The peaceful setting and gorgeous views made it hard to leave. My room was roomy, spotless and thoughtfully put together, and the meals were delicious and beautifully presented, especially at Tengoku and Sipping Tiger. The team treated Thai and international guests with the same care and professionalism. From arrival on, everyone was warm and attentive. I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Phuket Resort and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket. I look forward to returning.

The restaurants and service were excellent, and K Best in the club lounge and Kevin from the club Lounge were both very helpful. The woman making great coffees was lovely too, though I didn't get her name. My sea-view Club room was comfortable and well kept, but the pool pumps caused a rumbling noise. After a sleepless first night they moved me, and it was much quieter in the new room, though I could still hear it. I hope they can fix the problem, since it's a shame at such a wonderful resort.

The breakfast was delicious, and thanks to Khun Yodmai and the team for that. Our room was sparkling clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is in a great spot that isn't too busy. The concierge was friendly and helped us book a local restaurant and a Grab, though I can't remember his name. Khun Nira and the front desk team handled check-in and checkout smoothly and professionally. The staff had everything covered. We had a fantastic five-star stay at Intercontinental Phuket and will definitely be back.

The beach was quiet and relaxing even though it was pretty busy, and I enjoyed that atmosphere most. Leo, Bee and Matti i worked so hard looking after everyone on the beach, always polite and smiling. The whole hotel team was kind and professional. Food arrived quickly and tasted great. The rooms were very clean and up to the high Thai standard, and the large hotel was well kept. There are five pools and several restaurants with a variety of dishes. Thanks again to the beach crew for making our vacation wonderful.

Breakfast each morning was especially lovely, with a manager who led by example and made the space feel welcoming. Really, the care across the whole hotel was what made the stay special. Every staff member seemed proud of their work and went out of their way in a sincere, natural way, so it's hard to single anyone out. Check-in was warm and made us feel at home from the start. Our time at the InterContinental Phuket was memorable, and we'd return in a heartbeat for that kind of genuine hospitality.
