We had booked three nights back in mid-December and paid in full, so arriving on January 7th 2025 at 10 PM to hear that there were no rooms was ridiculous. The receptionist blamed the app or agency for not sending the booking email, and kept insisting the place was full without checking properly. We argued for 15-20 minutes before he finally handed me his phone to look for my name. The confirmation was sitting right there in his email. He went quiet and told us to sit. He did eventually apologize, but it didn't feel sincere. We were already exhausted after a long trip, and the receptionist wasn't even at the counter when we arrived. We had to ring the bell and then deal with this. Be careful booking here. I really don't recommend it.

The room had plenty of space and a large bed, but the furniture was old and there was a bit of a smell.

The location was the one real plus: cafes and shops are nearby, and the sea is about 300-400 meters away. The room, though, smelled awful, had old furniture and ants everywhere. The shower pressure was weak, the pillows uncomfortable, and there was no cleaning service at all. Even the quietest room we requested was somewhat noisy. On our last night, staff started cleaning next door at 12:30 AM and made no effort to keep the noise down, so we couldn't sleep for a long time. We arrived at 2 PM as planned, but nobody was at reception, only a sign with a phone number. We had no phone service, just internet, and couldn't reach them on WhatsApp. We ended up asking local Thais to contact the hotel for us. For this price, the room isn't worth it. I'd say it's worth no more than 1,000 rubles a night.

The room was dirty, with dust everywhere and a grimy floor. When we asked the next day for it to be cleaned, the receptionist said he'd already been cleaning and had a backache, so he wasn't going to do it. The manager also didn't bring water with the cleaning service, and there's no receptionist around even in the daytime. We got in from Krabi at 7:30 PM for check-in and found reception empty. Nobody answered the phone numbers we'd been given. After half an hour of calling and shouting, we took our suitcases to a cafe to eat. We got through an hour later, and the receptionist had gone to sleep. Back at the hotel, we sat at reception for another two and a half hours while he tried to find our reservation. He wasn't interested in the voucher. We finally got it sorted late at night with help from a hotel aggregator. The windows face a nearby mosque, where a preacher uses loudspeakers at 5:30 AM, and the other side faces a busy main road. For the same price, we happened to find some wonderful rooms for rent much closer to the beach. Take a look at those instead. Don't stay at this "hotel."
