Natural Touch Modern 2 Bedrooms Villa

The so-called private jacuzzi has no privacy at all. It’s exposed on every side, with cameras overlooking it, the outdoor seating area, and even the entrance. We were also charged for electricity, which felt completely unacceptable for an Airbnb stay. The fee wasn’t something I expected. During our two nights, every request was either ignored or answered rudely. The watchman said he’d bring water and coffee capsules but never returned. He also said we could check out at 1:00 PM, then a rude woman who wouldn’t give her name arrived and made us leave at 11:00 AM, without courtesy or explanation. There were no toiletries, tissues, soap, or water, just an empty fridge and a coffee machine with no capsules. The water pressure was terrible, and showering was miserable: it was weak and unstable, with the temperature jumping from boiling hot to freezing cold without warning. This place is cheap, dishonest, and badly managed. Phuket has many better options. Stay somewhere else if you don’t want your vacation ruined.

Villa A4 had a great view, lots of space, a good pool, and a well-equipped kitchen. But there were serious problems with the central water heater. The water kept swinging from very hot to cold and then suddenly hot again, badly burning my skin and our baby’s and children’s. We couldn’t shower for three days. I begged management to fix it, but got no real response. I also saw similar complaints from guests on other sites, which made it seem like they didn’t care. There was no housekeeping or proper cleaning equipment. We found only a brush and a damaged floor mop, so we ended up wiping the floor with our clothes. I reported that both safes didn’t work and got no reply. The master bedroom TV was broken, the sink was broken, and the water boiler was damaged. They also charged electricity fees that weren’t clearly shown on the hotel page. Something that important should be highlighted in the important information, not buried in the last paragraph of general information. The price looked good, but there were extra costs. If I’d known about them, I would have included them when comparing accommodation, and likely avoided this villa because the hidden fee left me unsure how much I’d actually pay.

It’s really peaceful, and the view is amazing. The people managing the rental were helpful, and the houses were clean and fully furnished, with everything you need to feel at home, including a private pool and rooftop. It’s a lovely option for a day or two of peace and luxury. The downside is the location, which is far from the city. Bring your groceries, since delivery can lose its way or sometimes not arrive. That’s the only reason I gave it four stars.
