Very convenient to have a restaurant and laundry machines on site. There are two pool areas, a big one and a smaller one, plus a gym that's a little dated but works well. There are a lot of Russians here. It's a lovely place.
The location and view were both good, and the room was good too. I'd recommend it.
I spent five months in one of the condos and had no complaints. The one-bedroom was very spacious and came with a private pool. There are also two shared fitness areas and pools, and accessibility accommodations. The staff and security were friendly.
My family and I were very unhappy with our stay in villa H09. The pool was green, and when I asked for the water to be changed because it wasn't suitable for swimming, nothing changed. The water quality was poor, and it was cut off twice for about two hours each time. The bathrooms and sinks smelled awful, like sewage, and even the towels were dirty. The place was very dirty overall, the air conditioners didn't work, and basic services were missing. The service was very bad. I don't recommend staying here.
It was a quiet, kid-friendly resort, and the staff were warm and polite. The pool was awesome. Breakfast didn't offer many options, but what was there was delightful.
