Princess Kamala Beachfront Hotel

WHAT A NICE SURPRISE! Princess Kamala made our vacation so wonderful, thank you!! 🙏🇹🇭 The hotel/resort is beautifully designed, with a great layout, lovely staff, and outstanding hospitality. The food was excellent, and there are just too many great things to say. Great location and service too. Highly recommended, and I’d go back in a heartbeat.

The beachside setting gave us exactly the chance to unwind after long days out on tours, and the pool and calm atmosphere were great for our group of 12. Our rooms at Princess Kamala Beachfront Hotel were clean, roomy and comfortable, with everything well maintained and the location right on the beach. From arrival, the staff kept things easy. Check-in went smoothly, communication was clear and quick, and they handled all our requests without a hitch. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, and our whole group felt cared for throughout. Princess Kamala Beachfront Hotel made our Phuket trip really pleasant and memorable. I’d recommend it, especially for a bigger group.

The pool was nice, and the location worked well for beach days, but I wouldn’t stay here again at this price. I’d booked a high-floor room and was first put in a shack-like bungalow at the back of the resort. The bathroom was awful to use. Water from the shower sprayed across the room, and the bath tap ran onto the tub’s edge instead of into it. Washing meant flooding the place, which was completely unacceptable. I asked for help several times over two days. I got passed between staff and saw different people try fixes that didn’t work, while my concerns were brushed aside. Eventually I went to the front desk and refused to be dismissed. Only after I made a polite scene did they give me the room I’d actually booked. The staff were rude, defensive and uninterested in sorting it out. Three stars at best. Save your money or expect less.

I loved having a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the peaceful feel of the place. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable, and the pool was lovely and well kept, just steps from the beach. It was a great spot for a swim or a cocktail. The beachfront views at Princess Kamala Beachfront Hotel were beautiful, and waking up to the waves and seeing sunsets from the property felt like a dream. The staff, especially KWANG and FON, were attentive and friendly, helping with local recommendations and transport. I was welcomed with warm smiles and felt at home right away. It’s close to Kamala Beach restaurants, cafés and shops, while still quiet enough for a restful holiday. The comfort, setting and service exceeded what I expected. I’d gladly recommend it for a Phuket beach stay and can’t wait to return.
