The staff provide very good service. My room was clean, and each day the washroom was cleaned and the water, tea, and coffee were replenished. There was hot water, clean glasses, bath and hand towels, and shower cleaner. Rooms are spacious, the amenities are solid, and service is reliable for reasonable rates. Dining is convenient, though the choices may be limited. The industrial surroundings make this a better fit for a short stay than a leisure trip. A comfortable, good-value place for hassle-free hospitality.

The room was a good size and the location is very good. Breakfast was good too, though there were very few Indian items.

A nice hotel with good rooms and a pleasant reception. The service is good, and it's located not far from Walking Street in the Indian area.

The hotel is noisy, with loud music, people, and vehicles around. Staff rushed me out 1 to 2 hours before checkout, and the maid refused to clean when I asked because she wanted to wait until I checked out. They also moved my bags while I was away. Basic mistakes kept happening, even ones that should have been common sense. The air conditioning was so ineffective that I had to get a fan in the middle of the night and left the refrigerator open all night hoping it would cool the room. The unit is faded yellow with age and too small for this region. The owner’s poor management is why I’m giving one star. Guests shouldn’t have to sweat in their rooms.
