Radisson Resort and Suites Phuket Hotel

Nina at the front desk was so kind and gave us excellent service. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel in Phuket. The relaxed atmosphere was perfect for a vacation, and we’d happily come back. Definitely recommend it.

Our kids stayed busy all day in the large pool and kids’ zone, which were both a big hit. The rooms were clean, roomy and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the excellent food. Chef Vinod deserves a special thank you for making Indian dishes for my mother when she was missing food from home. It meant a lot to us. Ms. Ida from F&B was also so kind and supportive. People like them are a real asset to an organization, and their warmth made our stay feel comfortable and memorable. We’d love to visit again.

The breakfast food was horrible, with little freshness or flavor. Some dishes were bland, others poorly prepared, and it fell short of what I expect from an international hotel chain. For what I paid, this stay was completely unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend Radisson Hotel Phuket. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work, making it almost unbearable in Phuket’s heat and humidity. I told the front desk several times, but they responded slowly and didn’t seem to take the problem seriously. The receptionist was shockingly rude and dismissive, with no empathy or professional effort to resolve things. It was one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve had. Requests took too long, staff seemed uninterested, and coordination was clearly lacking. It felt like guests were an inconvenience. I expected comfort, professionalism and quality, but got none of them. Management should improve its service standards. Very disappointing.

If the hotel boss or someone who knows them sees this, please ask if they remember me. The people welcomed us warmly and helped with whatever we needed. I loved the location beside carnival magic and the beach, plus the amazing pool and views. They even had a PlayStation! The rooms had the best, coldest aircon after being out in Thailand’s warm streets. I loved the place so much and was sad to leave. It’s also a great idea to bring kids, with free ice cream and soft drinks. Free dinners, breakfast and drinks too! Definitely a bang for your buck.
