The food Nom cooked beat every Thai restaurant we tried. It was an unforgettable stay, and we’re already planning another trip to Hale Malia. By the second day, our butler Nam had picked up everyone’s preferences, from breakfast choices to when we were heading out, and seemed to know what we needed without being asked. The pool is big enough for laps, and there’s a steam room and sauna that worked perfectly for a morning detox. You can also have a massage right at the villa, which is convenient. Especially if you’ve been to Phuket before and don’t need tourist activities, there’s enough here to stay in all day without getting bored. Definitely recommend it.

Nom was there throughout, taking care of what we needed and making us feel at home. The food was delicious, lovingly made, and nicely presented. Thanks to Nom and “Ticktok” for their kindness and wonderful service, and to Juree for organizing everything.

We made lifelong family memories at Villa Hale Malia, and Farouk helped make the vacation so memorable. His concierge service was outstanding: he checked that our days were going smoothly, suggested activities, and coordinated everything seamlessly. The villa is stunning, with surreal views and a layout that worked perfectly for family time, relaxation, and luxury. Though close to beaches and attractions, it felt private and peaceful. Nom and Num were warm and thoughtful, quickly learning what we liked and often anticipating our needs. Each day they added little surprises that made us feel like family. Chef Nom’s fresh, flavorful meals were beautifully prepared, with quality and variety beyond our expectations. We only wished we had more room to eat them all. It was an epic stay, easily beyond 5 stars.

At Villa Hale Malia, Farouq, Nam and Tiktok took care of every little thing and made us feel at home. The place was excellent, and the team provided amazing service, undoubtedly better than the best service offered by any other team.
