Villa Varya

The food was a real highlight, with every meal delicious and beautifully prepared, better than many restaurants in town. The staff were attentive, proactive, and quick to handle requests, which kept the whole stay stress-free. Every bedroom is its own private suite of more than 150 sqm, with an elegant, spacious layout designed for comfort and privacy. This beautiful luxury villa in Phuket felt like a private residence. We’d absolutely come back for the space, privacy, and outstanding service.

We stayed for five days with my family to celebrate my 70th birthday, and it was such an amazing experience. The facilities were luxurious and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Kade and the staff were so kind and looked after us like royalty, well beyond what I expected. It was really sad to leave. Nor cooked exquisite meals, even with little notice, and every one was exemplary. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

The views, multiple pools, and spotless grounds made the whole compound feel like a five-star setup. I’m particular about details like shower pressure, mosquito management, plush clean towels, and smooth, fresh sheets, and Villa Varya got all of them right. There’s also a gym and an infinity pool that seems to run into the horizon. We booked the entire villa for an extended family group of eleven. From the online photos, we expected somewhere a little dated but homely and comfortable. The pictures really don’t do it justice. I couldn’t have been happier, and would’ve loved another week. I really want to return next year.

The service staff were forgetful. They knew the yoghurts needed to be kept on ice but forgot, and all the cold food arrived warm while the hot dishes were cold. Breakfast noodles were still stuck together. The chef was terrible. Food we had on a boat was much better than what was cooked at a five-star villa.
