For a budget motel, it was pleasant enough, with spacious grounds and a partial river view. This is more of a place to stop while passing through than a resort getaway. Thai guests stay here, and I’d come back. Three stars, though on the low side.

Everything else was good, and the price was very cheap. The location and atmosphere were nice too. The problem was there wasn’t a suitable three-slot power outlet for a laptop, so charging a computer could be difficult.

The host was so kind, and even made a good breakfast herself. I’ve stayed here more than once and would keep choosing this resort. The price is reasonable, the garden is large and beautiful, and the room was spacious, clean, and in good condition.

It’s a very basic place, which is fine, but our bathroom really needed a thorough clean. There were cobwebs everywhere, so it seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I’m sure that’s an easy fix.
