Parking right outside the room was really handy, and the host was friendly and easy to deal with. We paid THB700 for a spacious room with one large bed and one single, enough for three adults to sleep comfortably. It was tidy, with a medium-sized refrigerator, a decent TV and working remote, plus a huge air conditioner. The bathroom felt a bit old-fashioned, but it was clean enough for us. Recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

We paid 150 Baht per dog, which was fine since the place allows pets. But after checking in, the room smelled so bad and felt so uncomfortable that we spent two hours thinking about leaving. We did leave and gave up the payment. I've stayed many nights in $10 rooms in Thailand, and sadly this was at the bottom.

Friendly service, with privacy and easy mobility. Regency was cheap too.
