Baan Saint Tropez Villas Kata Beach

We had a private pool and outdoor seating at the villa, with clean, tidy rooms and a good amount of space. The owner was friendly and helped arrange tours, taxis, and food delivery, which made everything easy. Staff were accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel like we were on holiday. Set up the hill, it was peaceful and had a great sunset view. It's still close to tourist spots, and tour pickups and drop-offs come here. I'd definitely recommend it for a relaxing break.

The pool is great, and there's a sea view from the villa. Rooms are clean and nicely sized, surrounded by lush greenery. The owner is very friendly and the service is good. Just be aware that insects may come by since the place sits among all that natural greenery.

It's a really nice villa with excellent service, and they replenish the bottled water every day. Inside, it's well stocked with everything you need. The difficult part is driving up and down: steep slopes and right turns can be stressful if you're not a confident driver. We also had a brief power fault, the water heater was a bit unreliable, and at one point there was no water for a shower.

The host was amazing and helped us with everything. We stayed at Baan At Tropez, a nice, well-equipped house with fresh air and a calm feel compared with the city. The Buddha statue walking trail is nearby, and I highly recommend Jungle Restaurant within walking distance. It was some of the best Thai food we had on Phuket. A scooter is a good idea, though the city is only a short ride away. We'd definitely come again.
