The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms didn't quite match the pictures: the first one had some kind of flies in the bathroom and mosquitoes. We switched rooms, and the second one felt fresher and cleaner.

The pool was spotless and in excellent shape. We got a warm welcome at reception, and the men brought our bags up to the room. Room service came each day to make the beds, empty the bins, and replace used soap. I'd recommend staying here and would come back.

The free shuttle to the beaches was a nice bonus, and there's a night market nearby, though crossing the main road is difficult. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool was nice. The rooms are a good size and have a fridge, but they're a bit dated and smelled of cheap air freshener.

The price was over $100 a night, and at that rate the place is well below standard. For a hotel around $30, I might not have minded as much. The rooms are outdated and broken, the Wi-Fi is unreliable, and the location isn't great. Staff barely speak English and generally don't seem interested in helping with basic questions. I wouldn't recommend it; there's really no value for money.

Loved it! The rooms were clean, the hotel grounds were amazing, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and there's plenty of infrastructure nearby. It's a quiet location, with a transfer to Kata and Karon beaches, and about a 15-minute walk to the beach. Great place for the price.
