The location is okay, but the rooms are dirty and there's no lift. They'll surely put you on the fourth floor. The reception staff were the rudest people I've ever met.

I've stayed at Boss Suits many times and would have stayed again. It's an amazing hotel, but it's under reconstruction now. I'm not sure what's going on, since the whole building is boarded up.

It's close to everything and the people are friendly. The place is clean and tidy, though it gets noisy being next to clubs. You get used to it quickly. That's part of being in Pattaya.
