Jardin Mini-Hotel

I’ve stayed at Jardin twice. It’s clean, has good shower pressure and big rooms, and is only minutes from the beach. The owner is onsite and runs a good hotel. My dog was welcome too, so it’s dog friendly.

I’m honestly shocked by the bad reviews and some people’s expectations. The day manager and owner were very accommodating. I had an air conditioning issue, and they dealt with it right away. The rooms are big, and I really loved staying here. It has an old school feel, in a good way. Thanks 🙏🙏🙏. They even have laundry facilities. You’re close to the beach, sunsets, walks, shopping, food, 7/11, and Mini C.

I booked through AGODA, but there was nobody at reception and I waited over 15 minutes for someone to show up. The place smelled really bad and looked dirty, even at reception. The halls were pretty dirty too, there’s no elevator, and the room they gave me was dark. The owner, a Russian woman, then told me to cancel the reservation because she had no control over Agoda. I’ve worked in hospitality in the Galápagos Islands and have my own hotel there. We’d never let guests go through this kind of experience. When people travel, they expect a good experience, whatever the price.

Pratamnak is a great location, very close to the beach and with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The rooms are good, especially for the price. The staff were nice and kept the place clean. I’d definitely stay here again.
