The room was spacious, though quite old, and the pool, location, and breakfast selection were good. It’s very close to the beach. But the service and staff attitude made the stay difficult. Staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, and nothing was explained at check-in. We’d booked Bella Villa, but there was no one there when we arrived, and we were rudely sent to the neighboring property. Only later did we realize we were staying at Best Bella, and no one properly explained the mix-up. We had to leave a 500 baht deposit for one key card. I repeatedly had to ask for soap and fresh towels, and they only made beach towels available at reception from 9-10 am. There was very little toilet paper, and the water bottles in the room were inconsistent. The water fountain looked like it was dispensing tap water, which didn’t seem safe to drink. At checkout, we were charged 10 baht for a bottle we’d put in the trash, without being told beforehand. Wifi didn’t work at all. It’s fine if you just need somewhere to sleep and will be out most of the day. The location and facilities are good, but the staff and service negatively affected our stay.

The room was big and clean, and the staff were patient and helpful. Service was good too. Pattaya Beach is nearby, about a five to eight minute walk from the hotel. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

I enjoyed the stay and slept well, and breakfast was good too. The beach is visible nearby, with a beautiful view. I’ll come back to this hotel next time. Thank you, bella hotels, and good job.

The staff weren’t friendly, and the WiFi was useless. Checkout was at 10am, while my room wasn’t ready until after 2pm. The location is far from any shop. The walls are paper thin, and I couldn’t sleep at all because my neighbour partied with a group of 10 people from check-in right through to checkout. Staff did nothing to stop them.

Housekeeping did a great job each day, and I slept really well in the comfortable bed. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. Staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location made it easy to get around, with main attractions nearby and convenient transport. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel for comfort, good service, and value. I’ll definitely return on my next visit.
