Handy place to stay in Katu. The beach isn't far, and there are laundries and a 711 nearby.

Inside, this place was a lovely surprise. It smells nice, and the rooms are spacious and spotless. Mine had a king bed and felt like a little studio, with a kitchenette on the balcony, plus a fridge, freezer, and sink. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the fixtures looked almost new. There are little wooden furnishings and flowers around the hotel, which make it feel pretty without being luxurious. The outside looks a bit shabby. Parking is limited for cars, depending on the space, though there is a motorbike lot. I was welcomed by a kind Thai woman who speaks only Thai, which can be a small challenge if you don't speak it. I also wish there were a little coffee and drinks spot with a few tables where guests could meet. The pool ladder had protruding parts that seemed dangerous and needed repair. A few days later, I saw that the ladder had been repaired. Thanks!

The place is quiet, so I slept really well, and the owner was humble, helpful, and very cooperative. You can usually negotiate with him. There's also a pool that gets cleaned every day. I'm very happy with my stay and will choose this place again when I come to Phuket. My fellow Indians, you'll thank me for booking here.

The bed was so comfortable, and the whole place was clean and tidy. It turned out better than I expected and felt like really good value. We'd be happy to stay here more often.
