The building staff seem stricter with Thai residents, but more hesitant to enforce the rules when foreigners are involved. Most of the foreign residents I encountered were considerate, though a few could be loud and disruptive. There are so many foreigners that the condo can feel a bit like an international hotel. Still, it’s generally peaceful and a good option for a short stay.

The condo is nice and well located, but I moved out for two reasons. The juristic office has a very unfriendly lady whose behavior and expression make it seem like all the renters annoy her. Also, roosters from the structure opposite are noisy almost 24 hours a day. I don’t know what’s going on with those birds, but they keep screaming, not just in the morning and evening like normal roosters. Their owner only brings them food and leaves, without staying with them. It’s crazy and unbelievable to deal with.

It’s not my favorite place, but the prices are reasonable and the rooms are okay. The location isn’t great either, but you get what you pay for 😃

I had a fantastic stay in the condo. The bed was soft and comfortable, and I’d stay here again if I had the chance.
