Serenity Hotel Phuket

The pool area is lovely, with a good-sized pool, and housekeeping keeps the rooms tidy. Reception can help arrange taxis if you need one. Food is served BW from 8 AM to 5 PM, and they only offer english breakfast.

The lakeside view is beautiful, and the hotel feels peaceful, a nice escape from the bustle. The food was delicious, and the staff gave great service. A lovely spot for a relaxing stay.

We booked directly through the hotel website in June 2025 for a December 2025 stay and received confirmation. Then, just recently, they emailed to say the hotel was full and we had to find somewhere else. None of our emails since then have been answered. We had to book another place at short notice for a much higher price. The way they dealt with it felt extremely rude and unprofessional. We can only think they cancel early bookings to earn more once the hotel is full.

It's a beautiful, serene spot beside a lake, and I felt I got my money's worth. The downside is how remote it is, so you'll need your own rental car or scooter. Local shops and restaurants are a 7-minute walk away, but walking back after dark isn't nice.
