Malai Place Lampang

There’s a park right across the road for walks or a jog, and the sports area with an athletics track is about 300 metres away. Walk-in rates are lower than the booking sites, I think around 250 from memory. The rooms are old and worn, but clean enough, and the TV works well. There’s a fridge downstairs for guests and air conditioning in the room. The hot shower worked on and off. For that price, I can’t complain.

The hosts are kind, and the accommodation is affordable. You get hot water, air conditioning, free water, coffee and tea. They also rent motorbikes and help arrange transport. A lovely park is just across the street. Traffic can be noisy, but we slept through it fine. The place could use some TLC, though at this price you can’t ask for much better.

Clean room, fast internet, air conditioning, a TV, and a hot shower, all for a pretty good price. It’s near the highway, so there’s some noise, though nights are okay. The city is 5 km away, but there’s a nice park opposite and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The owner can rent you a motorcycle.

Being pet friendly was our main concern, and having a huge park opposite was a big plus for the dogs. There are plenty of food stalls within walking distance, communication in English was okay, and it’s quite cheap for what you get. It doesn’t look like the pictures, perhaps it did when it was new, but everything still works.
