The location is great, but the damp in the rooms and the old, frequently broken items made staying here difficult. You can also end up being charged for repairs. Ben, the landlord, was rude and just as unhelpful. I'd avoid this condo.

We stayed for just under a year, and it felt like living with a big Thai family. The staff were polite and friendly, and I enjoyed spending time with them, including smoking weed. It's quiet and laid-back near the Golf park, with no tourist crowds, police, music or stress. The place is far from beaches and clubs, which is part of why it stays so peaceful. You can keep animals here too, which is incredibly cool for Thailand. A friend of mine had four or five cats. The rooms look a bit dated, but the place has a soul.

I've called this place home for the past ten years and don't plan to live anywhere else in Phuket. There are trees all around, so the air feels fresh and the weather is milder with a cool breeze compared with the hot, humid beach areas. I walk my dog every day by the dam and park right next door. Living inside a golf course also brings a peaceful, harmonious feel, with no traffic or noise, while Central Festival and just about everything else are still nearby. The management is friendly and professional, and having a supermarket and restaurant in the condo is really convenient. Kun Nong is the original manager here, and I find her trustworthy, helpful and kind. She'll help with what you need, and residents live together like one big family with lots of love. We had some trouble for a short time because an agent made mistakes with tourists, but that has ended and things are back to normal now that the agent has left. I love living here and highly recommend it for a long-term stay.

I paid the deposit and a full month's rent in advance for room 104, from 19 December to 19 January. Water came through the bathroom roof and left a large puddle that stayed there, with dripping sounds all the time. I asked the owner to fix it or move me to a proper room, but they refused. After a long argument over chat, I got my deposit back, but the manager wouldn't refund two weeks of rent. I had to find and pay for another place. Since I paid for a full month without getting a room fit to live in or all my money back, it felt like a scam. I wouldn't do business with these owners.
