We booked a few days ahead, paid, and had a confirmed reservation. When we arrived to check in, the reception staff spent a while trying to help us get a room. They called the manager, who then said our booking wasn't valid and that she had never received payment, even though we'd paid through a portal where the room was listed as available. In the end, she could only offer us a different place. It would have cost more and been farther away, so it was a terrible deal and experience. We then had to wait days for a refund. The reception staff seemed to be trying to help, but the management clearly doesn't care about guests. I would never try booking here again. They need to get their management under control.

A great place, and I’d stay here again. I’m traveling by bicycle, and they let me lock my bike to itself in the lobby, which felt very safe. It’s clean and looks quite new. Walk-in price was 650, though booking through Agoda may be a little cheaper. They also have a dorm room.

I paid 990 baht a night, which didn’t feel worth it. It was the only room left that day, so I got the “Family Room” on the fourth floor, with no elevator. The room felt pretty old, the bedsheet was stained, and the bathroom drain smelled. The shampoo and shower gel refills were nearly empty.

The location worked well, close to street food and 7/11. Our room was big and clean, and everything was great.

We couldn’t sleep well or even take a proper bath. We’d rented the room for a 12-hour stay, from 8 pm to 8 am, after a long trip so we could wash up and rest before continuing the next day. Instead, we got a really bad room on the third floor, number 4. The shower pressure was so weak, and there was no hot water, so we couldn’t bathe or shampoo with the cold water. The faucet for brushing our teeth was broken too, and the air conditioner set at 18 felt more like 28 degrees. At about 8:30 pm, there was nobody at reception to help with the hot water. With all those problems, 942.36 baht for 12 hours felt awful. I hope nobody else has an experience like ours.
