The pool was clean and nice, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel and room were pleasant too, but they need maintenance. Our bathroom needed a proper deep clean, the sink leaked, and there were ants. It’s in a semi-residential area that feels cozy but is a bit trashed, with good restaurants nearby. The mosque is very close, so the call to prayer woke us early.

A good place to stay, with the beach about a 7 minute walk away. There are nice restaurants nearby, and the host was great.

We liked how local rather than touristy the area felt, with plenty of restaurants and a lovely beach about a 10min walk away. In the mornings, the muezzin from the mosque and animals like cats and roosters could be a bit noisy, but it wasn’t too bothersome. Cleanliness could be a little better, though the apartment was comfortable and we’d definitely recommend it as a Krabi stay. At JR Place we spent one night in a spacious superior room with a small kitchen prep area, then two nights in a smaller basic room with only a tiny terrace. Both were nice. The apartment is modern and well-built, and the pool looked nice, though we didn’t use it. Staff handled check-in, and evening-only reception worked fine for us.

The owners were incredibly kind and always willing to help or share their best tips. Thanks to them, we’ll have wonderful memories of the stay. The place itself is gorgeous, and the swimming pool area is beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy, and we slept really well. Highly recommend!

It’s a nice hotel with clean, spacious rooms, and the host was polite and helpful. The setting feels like a small village, so there isn’t much to do, but it’s a great fit if you’re after some downtime and a nearby beach that isn’t busy.
