The hosts were so helpful, and Ron is quite deaf, so don't take it as him ignoring you. The area is quiet, and I’d stay here again. The building has an older feel but has been renovated really nicely. Beds are soft, parking is good, and the food is good too. The menu is mostly aimed at farang, though they’re keen to support local Thai restaurants, and there’s nice Thai food nearby.

My gf and I came back for a second stay around late Jan and early Feb. It's a friendly, family-run hotel and close to everything. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, the food and drinks are well priced, and the pool area is nice. Highly recommended.

The pool and all the books to browse were a lovely touch. My room had a balcony and kettle, and it was spacious, comfortable, and really peaceful. The hotel has plenty of charm, and honestly felt nicer than a lot of the more upscale places I've stayed in Khon Kaen.

Housekeeping keeps this place in seriously good shape. And don't miss this corner of the patio: the furniture is SOLID FFFNG CAST IRON, painted in this opulent faux rococo style. Peak.

There are lots of little details around the yard that make the place feel a bit different from the usual. It all looked clean and pleasant, with a pool, a seating area for drinks or meals, and parking on site. My room was a decent size, as was the bathroom, and it had a small balcony. I paid 750 THB on a Saturday. It's an okay guesthouse, a little way from the city center.
