The premier villa was spacious, thoughtfully designed and well equipped, and the facilities were in excellent shape. On my birthday, new lounge chairs arrived for the garden area. We came back to Khao Lak for a second visit and chose this hotel after reading reviews on booking.com and elsewhere. Everyone was helpful, friendly and courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. The front desk team was always welcoming, ready for a chat or to offer advice. There's also a "cocktails with the management" event where you can share requests and wishes directly with the management. Nick from Management was very helpful, and Alma in the restaurant went above and beyond every day. One thing to know: after the complex was re-branded at the beginning of November 2025, it stopped being an "adults only" resort. That's not a bad thing, but it's useful to know if you want or need somewhere without kids. We have nothing bad to say about the resort and very much look forward to staying there again.

The setting is lovely, with a great choice of pools, including a swim-up cocktail bar. Our room was big and clean, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. There are shuttles into town. Right next door, a beach restaurant serves good food and cocktails, and there's also a lady offering laundry service and a massage place, all at really good prices.

The hotel is beautiful, spotless and full of thoughtful details. Our room was spacious, and the staff were so friendly and ready to help with anything. Thai people are truly wonderful. Thanks for everything, it was all perfect and so lovely! We'll definitely come back for another stay. 💙🌸

Our villa had a private pool, and we spent a week there. The location right on the beach is perfect, and the large pool had plenty of chairs. The food and drinks were better than at other resorts we've tried. Staff were welcoming and friendly.
