For 450 baht, I got no hot water, a toilet that wouldn't flush, and air conditioning that barely worked, so I had to use a fan. They only left one bottle of water. That was my first and last stay here.

Terrible, that's all I can say. 400 baht feels expensive for service like this, especially when checkout has to be before 9 or 10 in the morning. I'd never encountered that before. They even seem stingy with the Wi-Fi. With service like this, they might as well close.

I had to leave right away. The room was stuffy and suffocating, with no windows, a broken air conditioner, and lots of mosquitoes. They wouldn't move me to another room, and the TV only showed porn. Never stay here!

The price is reasonable for what you get, and the place is acceptably clean. Most amenities are there, though there's no fridge or water heater. The mattress needs replacing because it's badly sagging.
