The restaurant's views are stunning, and the setting is beautiful. I enjoyed the food too, though the prices seemed a little steep for such simple dishes.

The room isn't fancy, but it does the job, and it's a nice hotel. Just be aware that getting back can be difficult if the weather turns bad and the tide is high.

Stopped in for a coffee and checked that it was going to be fresh, proper coffee. What arrived was instant muck with foamed coffee on top. The staff had a bad attitude and couldn't be bothered.

We only visited for dinner, not an overnight stay. The beachside restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and a great view, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. We paid about 1,000 Baht, roughly 28 Euros, for two: fried fish, two tom yum kha, two rice portions, and three drinks. The tom yum kha was delicious and worth recommending. The fish was a little dry, but I didn't mind.

I ended up staying here twice in one week. They were full on the dates I wanted, so I spent a night at another hotel and came back. Rock Sand Resort has become my favourite place on White Sand Beach. It's right by the water, and waking up to those incredible views for the first time was such a lovely experience. The owners and staff are laidback and so nice, and the food is delicious. ❤️
