Super nice. This is the best house I've ever stayed in on any of my trips to Thailand.

Lotus supermarket right by the entrance made shopping very convenient. The villa has five guest rooms, a living room and a multi-purpose kitchen, so it worked well for a family trip. It’s in a private spot, very close to White Sand Beach, and the host had thoughtfully left us fruit and the things we needed.

We found the house attractive, clean and spacious, and it was well cared for, garden included. The air conditioning worked well, the smart TVs and Wi-Fi were good, there was a little sound system, and the large fridge came in handy. Bread was provided in the morning, which was a nice touch, and the bedding was fine. Sleep was another matter. Next door is what seemed like a campsite, with music and sometimes singers going on until 1 a.m. Then the birds started up around 6. The sound insulation is awful. The beach is rocky and not really usable, with bottles, planks and other rubbish scattered around. It needs a proper cleanup. The people looking after the house weren't very friendly, though perhaps they were shy. There was no water pressure in any of the bathrooms, making it hard to wash your hair. Scooter hire was 300 baht per day, but the day didn't mean 24 hours, so a scooter rented at noon couldn't be used the next morning. The place is far from the center, and a taxi to the village or sandy beach cost 50 baht per person. The owner seemed very professional, but I think some things need attention.

The welcome was warm and attentive, and the villa was close to the amenities and very well located. We spent six nights there and especially enjoyed the sea view from the infinity pool. Thanks for a wonderful week!
