The owners were helpful and offered scooter rentals. I stayed at Seagull Villa for 10 days, and the house was just as good as it looks in the photos, with everything in great shape. It's on a beautiful property near the forest. You can walk to restaurants, but I'd recommend renting a scooter to explore Koh Lanta. The nearest beach is about a 2 km walk, and you can watch the sunset there. I'd definitely stay again next time I'm on the island.

A very peaceful spot, with a lovely terrace overlooking the gardens and a super comfortable bed. Restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk away, and the wonderful owner is around to offer advice if you need it.

The room was spotless, which is hard to manage in a jungle setting, and cosy, with good A/c, a clean bathroom and kitchen, a really comfortable bed, and a great fridge. They also provide towels and a safe box. I loved everything. The owners were amazing, so welcoming and helpful, and did everything to make guests happy. When I arrived, they took me to the beach, showed me around, and picked up a few things for me from the market.
