Sirilanta Resort

I wouldn’t stay at Siri Lanta again. The final exchange at checkout left a terrible impression: the front desk blamed me immediately, wouldn’t discuss it, and took the money without explaining anything. I found the staff’s manner rude and unprofessional throughout my stay. They charged me 1500 THB for a “broken key.” The tag came apart from the keys when I pulled the card from the electrical slot during normal use. I’d noticed a small crack around the plastic hole earlier, but it looked cosmetic and minor, so I didn’t think it needed to be reported right away. Later it seemed more like a weakness or wear that was already there than damage from misuse. 1500 THB felt completely unjustified for a basic plastic tag that would realistically cost a few dozen baht to repair or replace. I’m sharing photos so future guests can make up their own minds. Be careful at checkout and document things.

It was a really quiet, lovely place, and the staff and service were amazing. We did have mosquitoes in the room when we arrived, but once we dealt with them they weren’t a problem again. I’d recommend it.

The pool was a great spot to unwind, with comfy sun loungers and hammocks around it. The staff were kind and helpful, too. When we arrived, they had fresh coconuts for us to drink, along with fresh fruit and tasty muffins. A really relaxing stay, and I recommend it.

It’s a quiet hotel where you can properly relax, and the breakfast buffet was lovely. The beach is about a 10-12 minute walk away, with the nearest 7/11 around 8 minutes away. Friendly staff, too. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
