The grounds were beautifully kept, and the pool was a great extra, cleaned every day. Staff were approachable and very helpful, and the rooms were both comfortable and nice to look at. It exceeded my expectations by a lot. For the east side of the island, the location is hard to beat: 7 Eleven is a two-minute walk away and Old Town is less than five minutes on foot. Can’t recommend Verona Lanta enough. Thanks to the Verona Lanta staff for our stay.

Such a peaceful part of Koh Lanta, yet the old town and all its charm are an easy walk away. The hotel was spotless and the staff were fantastic and friendly. I couldn’t fault the place and would thoroughly recommend it.

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed. There’s a lovely pool, and halal restaurants and convenience stores in Old Town are close by. Reception also helped us arrange a transfer to Krabi Airport. Highly recommended!

We ended up adding two more nights because we liked staying at the Verona so much. It has a peaceful feel in the middle of Old Lanta Town, and the staff greet you warmly and are always keen to help. Our bungalow was newly built, roomy and comfortable. From the pool, the mountains make a lovely view. The town is a three-minute walk away, with plenty of good restaurants at reasonable prices. Having scooters available made it easy to explore elsewhere, and the local roads are in good condition and felt safe to ride on. I’d highly recommend the Verona for a lovely getaway.
