We spent six days here and really loved it. Sleeping in bamboo houses surrounded by nature was a special experience. The place has everything you might need, including a kitchen, a spot to sit and work remotely, and a pool to cool off in. The rooms were clean, and the host was welcoming and very helpful. I’d recommend it to anyone after a quiet place to relax and enjoy island life.

We loved the pool area, and the Pina Colada and Mango shakes were really good 💖 The host is so sweet and has lots of local recommendations. The bamboo bungalows look impressive, with a real jungle feel, and have what you need: AC, a fan, a decent bathroom, and a nice bed. Can’t wait to return to Koh Mak, especially to Cho’s Bamboo Hideaway. Definitely a 5/5!

Set in a lush forest, this property is incredibly gorgeous. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we really enjoyed staying here. When I lost an earring, the hotel staff found it and went out of their way to mail it to me in Bangkok. Thanks again, we hope to come back ❤️❤️❤️

Connor, the owner, and Cho, the manager, made us feel very welcome and well cared for. They were kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, and their recommendations really made the trip better. We enjoyed everything and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

A lovely place to unwind and be surrounded by nature. I stayed for about a month, working on my laptop and enjoying the lovely crew every day. It’s around a 10 minute bike ride to anywhere on the island ❤️🥰🙌🌴
