There were lots of cats nearby, and we even spotted a horse, which was cool. The place is on a quieter side of Phi Phi, so you avoid the noise from the island’s northern side, but it’s still an easy walk to everything. We had a great stay: the room was comfy, the air-con was great, and the WiFi worked really well.

We spent a week here without booking ahead and loved being right in the middle of the Thai community. My video shows the view of a Thai neighborhood. It was peaceful, well away from the bustle. The staff spoke little English, but we managed to communicate. In our last room the WiFi never worked, and the bed felt a little hard at first, though I got used to it. 😁
