I spent a year here and would stay again if I lived in the area. The room was perfect for the price, and I liked having the pool and gym there for when I felt like using them. It’s well located near the beach and markets. Whenever I dealt with staff about bills or deliveries, they were friendly and really helpful, and I got my deposit back promptly when I moved out.
We had breakfast on our balcony every day because our unit had a lovely view over the Gulf of Thailand. The owner was very kind and even bought a really good air dryer especially for our stay. Security staff were nice too, especially chow on the day shift. There’s a rooftop pool with seating and great views, plus a ground floor pool, a decent gym, and a small room with table tennis and a pool table. Some units look out across the gulf. The trouble was the sewage smell in our condo every morning, and we often noticed it when walking along the side of the complex too.
I've been living here for five months and feel really comfortable. It's safe and convenient, close to jometien night market and the beach. The gym and swimming pool have good views, and the night security staff, both the man and the woman, are kind and friendly. I recommend this place.
I’ve been here for several months and would happily come back. The apartments are spacious, and the price feels right for what you get. There are several pools with a Jacuzzi, a fitness room, a separate yoga room, and a small playroom for children. It has what I needed for a holiday or a longer stay. The location is really handy, with the beach 350 m away, a walking promenade, and the night market 250 m away. Tuk-tuk routes are nearby too, and it’s easy to get to the city center.
The location made this a great place to stay. Jomtien beach was about a 3-minute walk, and the big night market at the corner by the beach stayed open late with lots of food choices. It was also close to seven eleven, restaurants, and coffee shops along the beach road. We loved watching the sunset from the market and plan to return to the same unit. We rented B807 on the 8th floor. It was clean, nicely designed, and had a well equipped kitchen and two shower/toilets. The bedroom and balcony had a beautiful, peaceful beach view, while the other bedroom looked out at modern apartments. There are huge swimming pools on the GF and rooftop, a small gym with a good range of equipment in front of the pool, and polite, friendly security staff. (WA contact person for rent +66627276177)
