The rooms were old, dirty, and in bad shape, with lots of mosquitoes. The one upside is the low price.

For a monthly rental, the rooms look old and cost too much.

The studios are roomy, and the through layout is a real plus. With the windows and doors open, the mosquito nets let in a breeze, so I didn’t need the air conditioner. It’s cozy and conveniently placed, about a 10-minute walk to the night market and five minutes to the sea, north, torso. Prices were 6,000-7,000 baht for the last few years, then 8,900 this season, though everything has gone up. I recommend it!

I paid 500 baht for one night for two people in an annex room off the main building. It seemed fine for a couple of nights at most, but the experience was mixed, so I gave it three stars instead of one. Something seemed to be gnawing at the headboard, making crunching noises all evening and night. It only stopped when I turned the air conditioning down to minimum. I had to sleep crosswise, though luckily the bed was wide enough, and at 1.8 m tall my legs didn’t hang over. The bathroom door was covered in mold, and the shower and toilet share the same space. At night I also heard sounds like a rat squeaking in the wall. Thai exotica))) I hope the main building’s rooms don’t have these problems.
