The lounge downstairs was calm and comfortable, almost like a little coworking spot, and the cleaning team was cheerful and incredibly quick. Anything I asked for showed up within minutes, sometimes seconds. Thuzar at the front desk made arrival easy and welcoming, and even warmed up my food in the microwave when I asked. Moon Inn is a small place with a lot of heart, right in central Patong.

The room was on the small side, but clean and comfortable. Staff at reception were always friendly and ready to help. Shops and restaurants are close by, and Patong Beach is about a 10-minute walk away. A good budget option.

Flower, who worked the night shift at reception, made us feel right at home, and Thuzar and the other morning staff were helpful and cooperative too. The owner, a friendly Pakistani gentleman, also made us feel welcome. Our group of five had a clean, spacious room, and the lobby had a nice seating area. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Bangla Street. We were pleasantly surprised by the service and comfort at this economical price, and found Moon Inn Hotel to be good value in Phuket.
