Be careful here. The rooms are a disaster, and the pictures don’t match reality at all. Some guests had confirmed bookings but still weren’t given a room. Check-in can take hours while you wait for someone to show up, if anyone does. The staff can’t speak English and offer no help. Zero out of zero, if that were possible.

We showed up with a confirmed room and were denied one, just like the reviews said. There wasn’t even a front desk worker at check-in. We had to find a housekeeper to get a number for contacting the admin. You’d have to be lucky to actually get a room, and it’s not worth the gamble. Book somewhere else.

No running water for hours at a time, and the service was nonexistent. The beds were dirty, towels filthy, and mattresses worn out. The receptionist didn’t speak a word of English and there was no welcome at all. This hotel is a complete disaster. Absolutely avoid it.

We travel a lot, and this was the worst place we’ve stayed. Check-in took over an hour, and there was no manager on site. The room was filthy and smelled moldy. The linen and bedding felt stiff and didn’t smell clean. Someone had apparently broken in before, since the room door was damaged, and the bathroom door had a hole where the knob should be. There was no refer or safe. An absolute scam. I can only think that anyone giving it more than one star is an employee or getting paid by them.
