The whole thing felt dishonest and seriously unprofessional, so be careful about booking here. I’d visited the night before, picked a room that worked for me, paid in full, and left a deposit. But after checking out of my previous hotel the next day and arriving with all my things, I was told to pay more because the night receptionist had supposedly made a mistake. They gave me one price, then asked for extra money once I was stuck without a practical alternative, or else wouldn’t honor the room and price I’d already chosen and paid for. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this place.

The rooms are nice, but cleanliness wasn’t good. I asked twice for the sheets to be changed and they never did it. Room cleaning seemed to mean fresh towels and toilet paper, that’s all. It was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The owner and staff were honest with me in a way I really appreciated. I lost my wallet during my stay, and they found it and contacted me as soon as they could. They wouldn’t even take a tip to say thanks. I was impressed, and I’ll come back on my next Phuket trip. I stayed midweek in April, and the price felt fair for what you get. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, and the location in Patong was good.

The location is just perfect, and it’s a beautiful place. The rooms are really spacious, and having both a bathtub and balcony at this price was amazing. The views were just okay. You can tell the building is old, though it’s maintained. A couple of things were a bit off: the sockets felt loose but worked, and the door sometimes stuck. The flush wasn’t working at first, but they fixed it right away.

There are plenty of things nearby, including 7-11 and restaurants, though it’s a bit of a walk to central Patong. The morning receptionist was kind and really helpful, even though I can’t remember her name. The room was okay for the price, but the road-facing side was noisy all day and night, with motorcycles and other sounds coming through because the balcony window didn’t block noise. The towels looked very dirty too, almost grey instead of white. They should have been replaced.
