Lux Guesthouse

Hello, we made a reservation but lost the confirmation email and can’t find it. It was under Alvaro Hergueta, from Monday 17th of November to Thursday 27th of November. Could you please confirm that the booking went through? We’ll wait for your reply. Thanks.

Fine for a night or two, and the staff are friendly. Bring earplugs because you can hear everything. The bed was good, though the pillow felt too hard for me, and there’s no fridge in the room. They also have a nice coffee shop with lots of cute cats around.

The owners were very nice, and our rooms were clean and quite modern. We liked the value, since it was much cheaper than other places and away from the town’s hustle and bustle. The downside was the noise from other guests, which carries through the thin walls.

The staff deserve a big thanks for carrying our heavy suitcases up the stairs. The place is a little away from the buzz, which I actually enjoyed, and it sits right at the bottom of the stairs leading to the phi phi viewpoint. If you’re into weed, there’s a shop just next to the hotel! ;) Nothing negative to report.
