Phi Phi at Pier

We left with wonderful memories and really full hearts, and we'll definitely come back. The whole stay felt peaceful, elegant, and relaxing. The room was spotless, thoughtfully prepared, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, almost like home. The staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout. The food was delicious, the service outstanding, and everything from arrival to checkout exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have been happier.

The hotel's peaceful, romantic atmosphere and beautiful view made the stay feel relaxing. It's close to the beach and main attractions while still quiet enough to enjoy the island. The room was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The staff were welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. They went out of their way to make us feel cared for, and everything was well organized with smooth, professional communication. We had an amazing stay and would happily return. I'd recommend it for a honeymoon or a relaxing holiday.

I stayed for three days with my family, and it made the trip much better. I usually have trouble sleeping, so noise mattered a lot, but our room was super quiet compared with the road outside, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is right by the pier, and there was a lift, so we didn't have to worry about our luggage. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely come back.

Our bright, clean room was nicely furnished and had a smart TV. It faced the street, though, and the soundproofing wasn't very good. We woke early to the call to prayer from a nearby mosque. White noise helped a little. The reception on the second floor was modern, clean, air-conditioned, and had a nice view of the pier. A friendly receptionist welcomed us, and the 2,000 THB cash deposit was fully refunded at checkout. The location near the pier is handy for island trips, and we recommend a long-tail boat tour to the surrounding islands. Breakfast had a good selection and was excellent. We were satisfied overall, liked the pleasant atmosphere, and would consider staying again.
