I can't speak to the accommodation because we never got to stay there. I'd booked two nights through Booking.com for our backpacking group, hoping for a more relaxing part of our Phi Phi trip. We needed to amend the reservation and tried reaching the property several times by WhatsApp, Booking.com, and email, but got no reply. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely disappointing. We had no way to sort out the change, so we couldn't go ahead with the stay. Customer service and responsiveness were very poor.

The host was friendly and helpful, and arranged rides to and from the pier. There are a few bars and restaurants nearby, but this part of the island is generally reached only by boat. The bungalows are pretty worn, and the bathrooms felt like two-star quality. I saw some cockroaches in the room, though I had expected that.

The area is really quiet, and the receptionist was so friendly and helpful that he made the stay more enjoyable. The bungalows are basic but comfortable. Good value for the money, and a solid budget choice.

The rooms are old, and reception wasn't clear when communicating. We asked them to pick something up for a birthday and were told they could do it, but later they couldn't because of dangerous weather. They did offer a private boat for 1400 baht to collect it and return. On the way back, they put us at the front of the boat in bad weather, too. It's the service and communication that let this place down for me, not the location. I wouldn't recommend it.

I stayed for one night. They offer pick-up and drop-off service, and the price is good for what you get. If you're after a quiet, peaceful place on Phi Phi Island, this could be your first choice.
