Our flight was delayed, and with no evening ferry to phi phi, we had to cancel. The property wouldn’t refund us or show any concern. They never replied to our messages, and we couldn’t reach anyone there.

The location was quiet, away from the main bars and restaurants, and the place was clean and tidy. They kindly gave us a second beach towel when we asked. There was also a manicure station. We stayed at the end of 12:24 in the first house on the left, in a room with one double bed. The room had poor lighting, so reading or working was really uncomfortable, and there was no closet. The bed linen felt dusty. Fixtures and plumbing were awkward too: the water supply hose was rusty, the tap was loose and placed oddly by the sink, the plumbing installation was poor, and the shower was awkwardly positioned along the wall.

The smell of mold was awful throughout the rooms. We reported it and got moved, but the new room smelled exactly the same. You only notice it once the air conditioning is on. When we pointed that out, they made us leave and charged us for the whole night. Completely worthless. Don’t go.
