The owner was wonderfully kind and helped us with everything, making us feel truly welcome. The staff were excellent, helpful and always ready to assist. The hotel and facilities are a little older, but that didn’t bother us and added to the charm. We loved the food, both breakfast and the restaurant dishes. With its beautiful pool, stunning beach and bay, it was a perfect place to relax. We’d happily come back. 🐚🌴

The owner made me feel at home, and the staff were extremely friendly. It’s a peaceful spot with a beautiful beach, maybe the most beautiful on Koh Samui. You can arrange transfers, rent a car or scooter, and there’s a restaurant on the beach. If you love the sea, sun, beach and quiet, come here. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it.

The reception handled all our tour and holiday bookings with ease, and the service throughout was outstanding. We had a pool view that was out of this world. We had a fantastic time at Bay beach resort and highly recommend it, 10/10. They couldn’t have done more for us 🙌

Clean, comfortable rooms, and you get a beautiful framed view of the bay from the pool. The hotel sits right on what is probably the best beach in Koh Samui. Owner Khun Apple was very helpful and picked us up at the airport. Other hotels on this beach cost a whole lot more.

The beach just outside the resort is breathtaking, with soft sand, clear water and a relaxed, friendly feel. It’s lovely for unwinding, swimming, enjoying the views or trying water sports. The calm, welcoming atmosphere carries through the resort, and the team clearly takes pride in making guests feel cared for. The staff were amazing, kind and attentive. They even went out of their way to sew my broken bag. We had a fantastic stay at Bay Beach Resort in Koh Samui and would highly recommend it. We’ll definitely be back!
