Nina was brilliant, so kind, and arranged our transfers to and from the pier. The room was very clean and well kept. It’s close to the center and all the amenities. Highly recommended.

The room was spotless and well looked after, and the woman who owns the accommodation was really helpful and nice. She sorted out our pickup and drop-off at the pier. It was a lovely stay, one of my favourite places I’ve stayed.

The garden is lovely, and our bungalow was clean with very comfortable beds. Nina, the hostess, and her family are the sweetest. They made everything easy, from scooter rental and excursions to getting a taxi. There’s a laundry service right next door and a 7/11 on the corner. Thanks again for the kindness and smiles.

I was really excited to stay here after reading all the glowing reviews, but left very disappointed. We booked a room in the building facing the main street, above a junction where loud motorcycles go by day and night. I thought I’d booked one of the nice bungalows because those were all the photos I saw on Booking. I missed the small print and only realized later there were two room types. Other online reviews describe the same thing happening to people. The bungalows were fully booked, and when I explained the mix-up to Nina and asked to move or at least leave, she wouldn’t refund us, not even for two of the four nights we’d paid for. We set that aside and booked a boat trip and tickets to Koh Phi Phi through her. She never offered a discount or any compensation for the room experience. It felt like she didn’t care that the Booking photos had misled us or that we were having such a bad time at her hotel. We cut our trip short by one night because we just wanted to leave. I really can’t recommend staying here.
