The team made us feel welcome and cared for all week, and we had a wonderful stay at the Kupu Kupu Hotel. At reception, Andy greeted us warmly and professionally, always attentive and ready to help. Breakfast service was outstanding. San, Micky, Ziny, Bank, Ad min, and manager Pla brought such positive energy and generosity to each morning. They remembered our preferences and made us feel at home. In the evening restaurant, Noe, Foam, and Joes made dinner memorable with thoughtful, friendly hospitality. People remember how a place makes them feel, and this team made us feel appreciated. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

We felt at home from the moment we arrived at Kupu Kupu Phangan Beach Villas & Spa. The whole property is beautiful, tucked into nature, and full of that special island feeling. Our room was tastefully furnished, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout. We loved the hotel and its atmosphere, which was lovely all day long. Breakfast had a wide selection and lots of fresh choices, while lunch and dinner offered plenty of good dishes. There’s a bar for winding down in the evening, and the massage was nice too. The whole team was helpful and incredibly kind. Absolutely recommend it. The resort is so peaceful that we happily spent whole days by the pool, swimming in the sea, having a drink at the bar, or relaxing on our villa terrace. Dinner had delicious choices, and the kitchen put real care into the presentation. The place feels magical, and though I’d prefer it to stay intimate, I had to say how much the team deserves success for the spirit they bring. This was our third visit to Kupu Kupu, each time for two weeks. After our first stay in 2022, we knew we’d return. We got engaged in 2023 on the terrace of our villa, just 10 meters from the sea, so it was an obvious choice for our 2025 honeymoon. Kupu Kupu came through for us again. The service is devoted to guests’ comfort. It feels personal even though the staff give every guest the same high standard of care. Andy at reception always has an answer, and the spacious villa was thoroughly cleaned by the attentive housekeeping team. Breakfast was generous and varied, with quality dishes made to order alongside a large buffet. The restaurant staff were professional, courteous, friendly, and thoughtful. They’ve continued to improve over the years and deserve praise: San, AD, Ziny, Micky, Aek, Bank, Noe, Pla, Foam, Lin, Mason, and Joe. Raouf & Sam, until next time!
